I was thinking of all the people who have ever lived, very few are remembered, much less noted. Of course there a great men and women who have changed the course of history. One could note Augustus Caesar, Alexander the Great, Abraham Lincoln, Susan B. Anthony. The list goes on and on. However there is one who cuts across the expanse of history. His name of course is Jesus Christ! There has never, nor never will be anyone who comes close to comparing. Jesus is the most loved, most reviled person ever to walk the face of the earth. In Him the fullness of God is manifest unto men. He is loved by countless millions for the grace and hope only He can give. He is hated by countless millions because He forces us to see ourselves as we really are. May the peace of God rest upon you and may you come to know the lover of your soul. "Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life."--Revelation 22:17
Barak Obama has stated that as President he would never authorize the use of nuclear weapons in any situation. It is naive to make such statements to a world full of enemies intent on seeking nukes of their own. Is this man thinking straight or does Hillary just have him rattled?
I've noticed after the collapse of the bridge in Minnesota that blame was already being assigned across the board. In light of the fact that no one yet knows what caused the collapse, isn't it a bit premature to be pointing fingers? What are your thoughts?
